Another radical, unsafe diet for those who want to lose weight fast.
The Diet Plan:
Drink at least 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day. You can add the following to your foods:

salt
pepper
lemon
vinegar
Worcestershire
soy sauce
mustard & ketchup
